Terms Of Service

As of January 1, 2025, Snow Removal Terms have changed. The estimated prices we provide are on the terms that E and T will automatically service your property once there is one inch on the ground. This DOES NOT mean if we get a bigger storm, we will show up as soon as there is an inch on then ground. Snow removal would not be done until we are at least halfway through the storm, depending on the size of the snow. What this does mean, is if we get a storm of 1 inch, we will not contact you prior to servicing your property. This ensures a speedy cleanup time, rather than us needing to contact you every time it snows. Once estimate is approved, E and T holds the right to void the estimate, and remove you from the client list if these terms are broken.

As of January 1, 2025, E and T Landscaping has changed the terms of lawn care, and has revised their offered services. The only service offered is WEEKLY lawn care servicing. We are now operating on a contract basis. This is not to lock you down to servicing, rather this is so we do not have any issues with payments, or just get used one time for a lower price assuming you will sign up for the season.
