Yes, we are fully insured through Westfield Insurance

What are your operating hours?

Monday-Thursday 9AM – 5PM

Fridays are 9AM – 3PM

Saturday/Sunday CLOSED

What is your cancelation policy?

As of January 1 2025, we are now operating under contract for all services. To cancel, there is a 30 day policy.

How does billing work?

We use a software to send you an invoice to both your email and your phone after every service. We accept payment through Cash, Check, Zelle, Venmo, and PayPal!

Can I upgrade services while under contract?

Absolutely! You can upgrade the needs of your service at any time. We will just add to the original quote/contract.

Is there a free trial?

Unfortunately there is no “Free” trial. However, we do offer a one time service, typically higher priced than if you were under contract. This is so you can see the quality in our work, and decide whether to sign up for the season.
